About Net Dialogue: Volunteers

The clearinghouse team is a fun, international crew. Volunteers have included the following people:

Chris Conley - An American who holds a master's degree in Computer Science and is currently studying law at Harvard, Chris concentrates on the evolving interconnectedness of law and communications technology, particularly the Internet.

Frederic Debusseré - A Belgian lawyer, Frederic practices in the areas of e commerce, personal data protection and digital privacy, electronic signatures, domain names, Internet service provider liability, and hardware, software and IT outsourcing contracts.

Jean-Denis Grèze - A Swiss technologist with a background in Computer Science and Software Engineering, Jean-Denis is now pursing law at Harvard, with a view to focusing on how new technologies combine with the American legal framework to affect society.

Chia-Da Han - A Chinese lawyer, Chia-Da has concentrated on intellectual property and consumer-protection aspects of Taiwan's e-commerce.

JuNelle Harris - An American studying law at Stanford, JuNelle has lent to the project her thorough investigative skills gained from her PhD work in History at Harvard.

Hai Huang - A Chinese law student at Stanford, Hai has a background in competition law and economics as they relate to information technology.

Ohad Mayblum - A lawyer from Israel, Ohad has represented multinational technology companies and has authored publications on e-commerce, intellectual property and privacy law.

Carlos Motta - A Brazilian lawyer, Carlos is co-founder and general coordinator of the Brazilian Centre of Internet Legal Studies, whose website provides information on legislation and jurisprudence related to Internet law in Brazil and abroad.

Maximiliano Orazi - An Argentinean high-tech lawyer in Silicon Valley, colorful Max produces elegant and thorough work as though it were a breeze.

Jean-François Raymond - A Canadian computer scientist and consultant, Jean-François focuses computer networks, DRM and privacy-enhancing technologies.

Roman Swoopes - An American pursuing a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering at Harvard University, Roman's interests include network hardware and intellectual property.

Judit Rius Sanjuan - A Spanish lawyer currently studying an LLM in Law, Science and Technology at Stanford. Judit experience and interest includes intellectual property, privacy, free software, licensing, international trade, promoting innovation and transfer of knowledge & technology, and consumers rights.
